It was Great to be at the Staffordshire County Show

We went to the Staffordshire County Show on Thursday last week. A very proud moment watching one of Uttoxeter Gateway Club members in the parade ring. In fact I was so excited and wrapped up in the moment I omitted to capture the actual moment on camera. However folks, check out the before (or after) images with Lavender and a very cute calf called Puzzle with our hard working Natalie.

This week Club night was scheduled to be games night, but what our staffs have to be thanked for is seizing the opportunity and the weather being so good, an impromptu swap! Who could resist a walk to Bramshall Park, a quick whizz down the Zip line with the promise of a stop off at the chip shop to follow.

Clearly, judging by the happy faces, another successful evening. Hmm, I can almost smell the vinegar on those chips. Maybe next week we will be playing games or maybe due to the success of this week another walk could be order of the day? Whatever it turns out to be, a good evening is almost certainly guaranteed with Uttoxeter Gateway Club.
