Catch Up with the Club

This year certainly has wings and has flown by so quickly. Easter is almost upon us and Uttoxeter Gateway Club has been so busy over the past few weeks.

In February the quiz became an interactive experience, testing the memory of our members alongside stimulating the taste buds in a taste test. Guessing the correct letters had them monkeying around too.

Club wouldn’t be Club without the chance to win a bit of chocolate and that is exactly what one of our longest serving members did at our Chocolate Bingo night and the beaming smile is an indication of how happy he was!

Something to be heard but not seen was the visit from the Uttoxeter Integrated Choir. Sharing an evening of music and song was a change of scene for our members.

The Club went to Cinebowl and last week had an evening Kurling and team games. There were a few concentrating expressions captured by our camera, It can be serious stuff this enjoying yourself!
